Actor Josh Lucas is not only effortlessly sexy, the Hollywood hunk also cares about the environment,
and RadarOnline.com has photos inside the eco-friendly home that he is now renting out.
Designed by Carter Bravmann of Interform Architecture, the luxurious Los Angeles retreat was built using the latest state-of-the-art "green" design practices and is now being rented out for $10,000 a month, reported Trulia Luxe Living.
It boasts a luxurious master suite that occupies the entire second floor and features a hotel bath with steam shower, walk-in closet, separate sitting area with flat screen TV, separate office and wrap-around balcony.
Downstairs, a separate home theater is ideal for renters in the entertainment industry, a dining area with walls of glass that opens to a saltwater pool, spa and resort-style patio makes for perfect entertaining.
The Sweet Home Alabama star married freelance writer Jessica Ciencin Henriquez earlier this month and the couple is now expecting their first child and spending the majority of their time in New York City.
