Jenelle Evans Headed To Court To Ask For Probation To End, Will Seek Custody Of Son

Teen Mom Jenelle Evans is cleaning house and heading to court to try and straighten out her life.

The troubled reality star broke up with her boyfriend Gary Head and deleted her Twitter account; now, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned she's going to court to ask a judge to let her off probation completely and then she's going to fight to get back custody of her son Jace.

"Jenelle is trying to straighten her life out and the first step she's taking is going to court and requesting that a judge let her out of probation," her attorney Dustin Sullivan exclusively told Radar.

Sullivan said his client would be heading to court on April 24 to formally make the request and said he is hopeful that a judge will agree.

"Jenelle has been doing really well," Sullivan said. "She is doing everything she is supposed to do and I've seen a big improvement in her life."

After breaking up with her boyfriend because he allegedly abused her, Sullivan said he encouraged Jenelle to take down her Twitter account and she took his advice!

The 20-year-old's mother Barbara currently has custody of her 2-year-old son, but Sullivan said that she plans to take steps to regain custody as well.

"Nothing has been filed but Jenelle has expressed an interest in getting custody of Jace back," he told Radar.

"She would really like to have Jace back with her again."
