The talented Oscar nominated actress has just snapped up a million dollar pad in the coveted Hollywood Hills area.
Kendrick, 26, is now the proud owner of a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom crib with spectacular views of Los Angeles, and RadarOnline.com has the photos.
At a modest $1,020,000, the two-story home has garage space for a couple of vehicles and has a loft-like living area, according to Realestalker. The home has beautiful hickory wood floors throughout the property and a cozy wood-burning fireplace.
And should Kendrick be lucky enough to have her Up In The Air co-star George Clooney over then they can enjoy the dining area that opens up onto a patio through French doors.
