Trayvon Martin's parents have established the official Trayvon Martin Justice Foundation in honor of their slain son and will be releasing a single dedicated to the teenager which will be made available on iTunes on Friday, March 30th, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As we previously reported, Martin, 17, was killed by a neighborhood watch vigilante, George Zimmerman, as he was walking through a gated community, carrying candy and iced tea. Zimmerman shot the unarmed teen, claiming it was in self defense. Video of Zimmerman shot after his arrest seemingly contradicts his claims that Martin was the aggressive and injured him.

90’s R&B group The Rude Boys, best known for their hit single “Written All Over Your Face,” have come together with the Martin Family Foundation to release an Official Campaign for Justice Tribute to Trayvon Martin song titled “Believe in Love."

"It isn't a race issue here we are talking about. It is the justice system in Florida and that's where the focus should remain. A child's past should not have anything to do with the killing of a young man. This is not only to help bring justice to Trayvon Martin's case, but the legal system as a whole. The media should focus solely on the matter at hand and the system in place at its entirety and leave speculation aside. A murder is a murder, end of story!," Jonathan Shelton, a publicist working on the joint venture between the foundation and the artist, told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

All proceeds will be going directly to the Trayvon Martin Justice Foundation to help the family with legal fees, and seek justice for other families in their fight for justice.

The website says "This is the official site supporting Sybrina Fulton & Tracy Martin. These monies are for the family to cover the advocacy and other cost associated with the pursuit of justice on behalf of their son, Trayvon Martin. Please remember any and everything is appreciated, even if its not money but the support of you spreading the word. For everyone that was able to donate, help spread the word, sent a tweet or made a post on Facebook. Thank you for your donation to JUSTICE™. Your donation will assist in the advocacy campaign, including but not limited to travel expenses for Travyon Martin’s parents as they seek justice for their son. JUSTICE™ reserves the right to use the funds for whatever purposes that it deems appropriate and necessary to advance the cause of justice for Travyon Martin and JUSTICE™. Donors should note that Parks & Crump is a law firm that is providing legal counsel for the parents’ civil action and is no way linked to the administration of the funds or the management of the organization. JUSTICE™ in the future will use the monies to support and bring awareness to similar cases. We thank you for contributing to this, the beginning of our active outreach for Justice."
