Even stars feel the pinch sometimes!
LeAnn Rimes wanted $7.45 million, but after three years of no sale she ending up accepting $4.1 million for her Franklin, Tennessee mansion, and we’ve got shots of the country palace right here on RadarOnline.com, courtesy of RealEstalker.com.
The How Do I Live singer placed the sprawling estate on the market after she parted ways with then-husband Dean Sheremet after her fling with now-husband Eddie Cibrian went public.
It's unclear what Rimes and Sheremet paid for the property when they purchased it, but public records reveal they took out a construction loan of more than four million dollars.
The breathtaking home sits on 13,310 square feet, and has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and three half bathrooms. Other amenities of the gated estate include: a pair of kitchens, a saltwater swimming pool, a yoga studio, and multiple 360 degree views.
