Kim attended Perez Hilton’s star studded Nivea sponsored birthday party Saturday night and she was flanked by multiple security guards the entire night.

“Usually at a party Kim looks like she’s having a lot of fun but at this party she looked really nervous and was jittery,” an eyewitness said.

“Kim is obviously nervous about what happened and she was constantly checking to see who was around her and what they were doing and if she knew them.”
