Jack Osbourne had his appendix removed over the weekend and RadarOnline.com has a photo the soon-to-be father tweeted from the hospital.

Jack, 25, lay in his hospital gown and bed next to fiancée Lisa Stelly with a message that read, "This is what you look like when you have has sic your appendix removed."

By Monday morning the Brit was feeling a little better and tweeted, "Man, high powered pain killers + radiohead = dangerous territory for me. I gotta get outta this hospital. This is getting to sic good."

Jack and Lisa announced their engagement last September after only four months of dating with Lisa tweeting, "The most amazing man I've ever met asked me to marry him,and he wasn't joking! Crazy, right :)"

The still unwed couple are also expecting their first child together, which they announced shortly after their engagement.
