Seems that Heidi Klum might have found romance again.

According to Entertainment Tonight, the supermodel is getting mighty cozy with hunky Thomas Hayo, who serves as a judge on her show Germany’s Next Top Model.

ET reported Thursday that the “40-something” advertising executive and newly separated Klum have been pals for more than a decade, while flashing footage of the pair looking very friendly eating lunch together on a set. The show also flashed a pic of Hayo and Heidi’s father Gunther shaking hands, implying he’s already in good with Heidi’s folks.

"They want to keep it a secret, but for the people on the set, the matter is clear,” a source told Germany’s In Touch magazine, noting the body language between the two screams something’s going on. One eyewitness told the magazine they saw Hayo “lay his hand on her thigh" during a business dinner.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the German supermodel, 38, and Seal 48, announced in january that  they were parting after six years of marriage. They have three kids together -- Henry, Johan, and Lou -- as well as Klum's daughter Leni from her previous relationship with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.

In her first interview after the jaw-dropping split, Klum told Elle UK she loathed to speak publicly about the painful break-up.

"To the outside world, you don't really share all the things that happen. You kind of share just the most amazing sides," she said. "But I don't really want to get into any of that stuff. With my life, my family, my business -- I want to go forward."
