From the red carpet of the hottest movie premieres and exclusive events to the city streets, Hollywood’s hottest stars were dressed to rock and shock in the best, worst & wackiest fashions – and RadarOnline.com has all the photos in our weekly feature.

The Hunger Games is one of the most highly anticipated movies of the year, and Jennifer Lawrence made sure to reign the red carpet of the movie’s world premiere in Los Angeles. Staying true to her character, Katniss Everdeen, in a shiny gold Prabal Gurung cutout gown, Jimmy Choo heels and Jacob & Co. bling, she was a shining star.  Also grabbing attention on the red carpet was Miley Cyrus, who supported her beau Liam Hemsworth stylishly in a belly-baring two-piece Emilio Pucci ensemble.

Talk about a dizzying dress!  Worst dressed re-offender Star Jones had a style slip-up on the streets of New York, pairing a terrible maxi with a brown vest and mules.

As for wacky, bizarre Irish singer Sinead O’Connor was all bundled up in strange layers and carrying a bright orange suitcase, while out and about in Scotland. At least she was wearing clothes though… she recently revealed in an interview that she wants to strip down and pose for Playboy!
