It should come as no surprise that Daphne Guinness’ palatial New York City residence is just as decadent as her taste in fashion!
The heiress to the Guinness fortune and sassy style icon is trying to unload her swanky city home for the cool price of $14 million – and RadarOnline.com has photos and details about the luxe new listing, courtesy of Realestalker.com.
Featured in the March 2011 issue of Architectural Digest, the 4,118 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms property in The Stanhope building was purchased by Daphne in April 2008 for $11.459 million.
Also up for grabs is a ground floor apartment that she picked up at the same time, which is selling for $1.5 million.
The Stanhope is located across the street from the Metropolitan Museum of Art and offers such amenities as 24-7 concierge services, doormen, porters, a private library, an on-site spa and fitness center and wine storage space at a local wine shop.
The unit itself has a sprawling view of Central Park, fireplaces, a 350 square foot bedroom with lots of closet space and a huge window-less bathroom complete with a bidet!
Super slim Guinness, whose coveted couture was recently on display at Museum at the FIT, stirred up controversy last year when she exclaimed during an interview “I’ll eat when I’m dead!”
