Everyone is feeling the pinch these days....
Now that he's not making the big bucks on Live, Regis Philbin is cutting back on his living costs, including selling his Connecticut home for half of what he originally asked for it, and RadarOnline.com has photos inside the beautiful mansion.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the opulent town of Greenwich, the 4-bedroom, 6.5 bath property had been listed in 2008 for $5.8 million, reported Zillow.com but after numerous price drops, the talk show host finally accepted $3 million for the 5,919 square feet house.
Surrounded by leafy trees and rolling green lawns, the red-brick home boasts high ceilings, hardwood floors, a spiral staircase, and fresh lemon and lime decor.
The idyllic outdoor area includes a large pool, gazebo and comfortable patio for summer evening entertainment.
Philbin, 79, and his wife, Joy, don't need to worry about being out on the streets though now that their home has finally sold. The couple own another house in Greenwich, along with a Manhattan urban residence, where they spend most of their time.
