Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom were excited to leave Los Angeles and escape not only her family dramas, but also the outrageous real estate prices!
The reality TV couple has swapped the bright lights of Hollywood for the Lonestar state after Lamar was traded to the Dallas Mavericks last month, and are now renting out a swanky residence at the W Dallas Victory Hotel & Residences in downtown Dallas, and RadarOnline.com has photos of the tony apartment courtesy of Realestalker.com.
Reportedly worth $1,625,000, Khloe and Lamar rented out the two-bedroom loft-style apartment just before Christmas for $7,500 per month.
The modern open-plan design includes a spacious seating area, pool table, TV room, wet bar and customized kitchen.
Wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows with sliding glass doors opening to a terrace, the couple will be able to enjoy dramatic views of their new hometown.
When they want to party or enjoy a fancy dinner at Craft restaurant by star chef and Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio, they simply have to hop in an elevator to the W hotel downstairs - or order room service for a romantic night in!
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Khloe was over-joyed when Lamar was traded from the Los Angeles Lakers to Dallas.
"Khloe is eager to get out of the constant media spotlight that comes with living in Los Angeles. Dallas has welcomed her and Lamar with open arms, and she is embracing this as an adventure," a source close to the couple told RadarOnline.com.

She also hopes it will help with her dream of becoming a mom.
"Khloe has told Lamar that leading a calmer life in Dallas will help her get and stay pregnant. Khloe loves her family, but there is just always a situation where one family member is mad at another. She is embracing this move in a big way," the friend revealed.
