Lindsay Lohan is telling her inner circle that the paparazzo who filed a lawsuit against her yesterday, after the photographer claimed a car that Lilo was riding in ran over his foot, is an opportunist and that she is confident it will be dismissed because she did nothing wrong, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
Grigor Baylan, a paparazzo, filed the lawsuit against the Mean Girls star, Paola Demara and Tri Star Sports Entertainment, claiming he was injured when a car that the actress was riding in hit him. Lindsay was a passenger in the car that made a speedy getaway from a club on January 10, 2010.
"Lindsay wasn't even driving the car. She sees this paparazzo as an opportunist that is trying to make quick money and using her to do so,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “Lindsay is going to vigorously defend herself, and is hopeful that the lawsuit will be dismissed. Lindsay is considering taking legal action against him for naming her in the lawsuit. If this person thinks he is going to be cut a check and paid to go away, he is living on another planet."
Meanwhile, the IRS filed a tax lien against Lohan for not paying federal taxes in the amount of $93k in 2009.
The photographer states that he has suffered damages in the amount of at least 25k.
