Model Lauren Scruggs Has Hand Severed, Face Slashed By Plane Propeller

A beautiful model has had her career, her stunning good looks and even her life put in peril after a horrific accident with a plane propeller, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Lauren Scruggs, 23, of Plano, Texas, had her left hand severed and suffered eye, shoulder and head injuries after walking too close to a small plane propeller on Saturday, reported MyFoxDFW.com.
The gorgeous blonde had gotten off the two-seater 2011 Aviat Husky A-1C-180 aircraft at a private airport in McKinney, Texas, after enjoying a festive flight to look at Christmas lights, and reportedly walked directly in front of the propeller.
Scruggs under went emergency surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, where doctors were forced to amputate her left hand.
"She is in serious condition," hospital spokesperson Charise Thomason told RadarOnline.com on Monday.
An editor for online fashion magazine, LoloMag.com, Lauren had recently interviewed Twilight star Kellan Lutz at New York Fashion Week.
The part-time model has also worked in the wardrobe department of the stylish CW hit, Gossip Girl.
