The Mean Girls star kept warm in a black fur coat and studded Louboutin boots, puffing on cigarettes on the wintry night outside of swanky eaterie Beaumarchais in Gotham's trendy Meatpacking District.
Lindsay, 25, made headlines earlier this month when the cover and pictorial for her upcoming Playboy issue leaked online; she was reportedly paid a $1 million fee for the Marilyn Monroe inspired shoot.
Lindsay is due in court on January 17 for her next probation progress report after Judge Stephanie Sautner told the troubled actress she was "doing well" during her December check-in.
