Motley Crue drummer, Tommy Lee, is being sued by his former assistant for defamation and failure to pay overtime, among other claims, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Michael Sullivan says he worked for the rock-n-roll bad boy from January 2005, and was terminated on March 31, 2011.

EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENTS: Tommy Lee being Sued By Former Assistant

The lawsuit alleges that Lee required Sullivan to be on call 24/7 as his assistant and required him to live at his house, but then charged him rent!

"Lee found Sullivan so useful that he required him to stay at his residence so that he was always available for service. However after requiring Sullivan to stay at the home and obtaining the benefits of Sullivan's presence in his home, in 2009, Lee began deducting $1,000 from his wages every month for ‘rent,’” the docs state.

According to the lawsuit, Sullivan's pay was docked if he was even a few minutes late for work, or if Tommy was angry with him about something. The disgruntled assistant asserts that after he was terminated, he was hired to become the tour manager for Bush, but lost the job because of "Lee's defamatory statements and interference."

Sullivan is seeking at least $50k for "lost profits and business opportunities," other unspecified damages, and demands a jury trial.
