Melissa Joan Hart is being sued by her former talent manager for fraud and breach of oral contract, among several other claims, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
In court documents, obtained by RadarOnline.com, Kieran Maguire alleges that the actress "has no heart, as evidenced by this action and a recent action filed against her for racial profiling. This case is also about Hart's fraudulent promise to pay for talent management services when she clearly had no intention of doing so.”

Maguire also seeks a judicial declaration that Hart has a continuing obligation to pay commissions to Maguire for all compensation she receives in the future on her sitcom Melissa & Joey.
According to the lawsuit, Hart retained Maguire in 2006, and was supposed to pay 10 percent earnings to her manager, and for five years, she did so. The lawsuit says that earlier this year, Hart fired Maguire.
