Justin Bieber’s girlfriend put on a brave face Tuesday night after a woman claimed she had a baby with the pop star, stepping out at The Fulfillment Funds 2011 Stars Gala and RadarOnline.com has the photos.

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Star magazine found a bombshell lawsuit filed by 20-year-old Mariah Yeater in late October in which she claims she had sex with Justin backstage at his Los Angeles concert last year and had his baby three months ago.

While Justin avoided the media with rehearsals and a performance on Dancing With The Stars, his girlfriend Selena Gomez got her hair done at Nine Zero One Salon and attended the event at The Beverly Hilton Hotel where she was all smiles.

In an affidavit sworn under penalty of perjury, Mariah says Justin told her it was his “first time” and did not wear a condom. She is asking the court for a DNA test.

"While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims,” Justin’s reps said.

“We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."

Justin and Selena have been dating for nearly a year but we’ll see how their relationship holds up to the allegations made by Mariah, and the results of a court hearing in the paternity case scheduled for December 15.
