Dolphin Tale star Dennis Quaid is selling his gorgeous Montana ranch for a cool $1,495,000, and RadarOnline.com has photos of the stunning property.
The 20-acre spread, which is situated in Pray, near the picturesque Yellowstone National Park, comprises of two houses and a guest cabin, making a total of six bedrooms and 4 baths, according to Zillow.com.
The ranch is located in stunning Paradise Valley, close to Six Mile Creek and has access to a trout-stacked pond; handy for all your fly fishing needs. And if that’s not enough to tip the scales, Quaid is also offering a special closing gift of a spa package for two at the local hot springs.
The actor has owned the property since 1982, when he bought it from director Sam Peckinpah and actor Warren Oates, who jointly owned it.
