Heidi Montag And Spencer Pratt Celebrate Her Birthday In Vegas

Heidi Montag turned 25 on Thursday and celebrated with a party last night -- where else, but in Las Vegas.
The former The Hills star hosted a bash in her honor at Vanity Nightclub inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, accompanied by her husband Spencer Pratt.
Heidi showed off her curves in a skintight gold mini dress as she posed for pictures on the red carpet before heading inside to a VIP table next to the dance floor.
She spent the night dancing and sipping cocktails while onlookers gossiped about her noticeably fuller-looking face.
The starlet famously went under the knife for 10 procedures in one day back in 2009, making changes to her face, breasts and body.
The one-time darlings of the reality TV world, Heidi and Spencer are now living in his father's Santa Barbara-area beach house while they try to get their careers back on track.
