Mel Gibson & Oksana In Court Over Custody Of Daughter

Mel Gibson and baby mama Oksana Grigorieva are both in a Los Angeles courthouse for a hearing about custody of their daughter, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.
Gibson and Grigorieva have been sharing custody of two-year-old Lucia, but have still been entangled in court hearings over visitation and custody guidelines.
The Braveheart star remains on informal probation for allegedly punching Grigorieva in the face over a year ago, and in June Judge Stephanie Sautner said he was complying with the terms of his probation stemming from the misdemeanor battery charge.
Gibson has been attending weekly domestic violence classes as part of his probation. The actor's anger management issues came to the public's attention when RadarOnline.com released his now infamous hate-filled audio tapes.
