Actor Matthew Fox Accused Of Assault In Ohio -- Read The Police Report

Matthew Fox is accused of allegedly assaulting a 29-year-old woman in Cleveland, Ohio over the weekend, and RadarOnline.com has all the details.

Cleveland Division of Police Public Information Officer, Melissa Dawson, confirmed it was the Lost actor that was involved in the altercation, which occurred in the early morning hours of August 28, and was reported at 1:31 a.m.

“Victim states named suspect tried to board a private party bus that she was driving,” the offense report states. “Victim got up from the drivers seat and blocked the entrance.

According to the report, Fox then punched the victim, Heather Bormann, “in the chest and stomach area.”

Bormann then punched Fox in the mouth, cutting his lip, in what she claims was self-defense.

Fox was detained, but not arrested, and was later “released to a friend and conveyed to his hotel via taxi.”

According to the police report, alcohol was involved, although the report does not provide any further details.

A request for comment from Fox’s rep has not been returned.
