Daniel Baldwin’s wife Joanne was arrested Wednesday and RadarOnline.com has learned that she is going to remain in jail until at least July 20.

According to law enforcement sources, Joanna turned herself into the Lake Oswego Police Department on Wednesday and she will stay in jail until her court date on July 20.  She is on probation from a previous DUI arrest.

Late Saturday night, July 9, Joanne called the police after getting into a fight with her husband in their Oregon home.  When police arrived they determined she was under the influence but were unsure if she was in violation of her probation.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Joanne is being held in the Clackamas County jail without bail.

Daniel filed for divorce on Wednesday, after obtaining a restraining order against his wife of four years.  “Daniel wants her to get help,” his rep told RadarOnline.com.  “For her sake and for the sake of the kids.  He’s very upset at everything.”
