Barron Hilton, Paris' little brother, will be in a Santa Monica courtroom on Monday morning as jury selection begins in a lawsuit in connection with Barron's 2008 DUI, in which a former gas station worker claims he was injured by the car being driven by Barron.

Fernando Telez claims that he was working at a gas station on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu at 8:30 am PT, when Barron allegedly was driving in circles at the Union 76 station, and struck Telez with his car.

Telez didn't ask for medical attention that day, and a source close to the case tells us that "surveillance video from the day the arrest occurred will be very strong for Barron's case. Fernando continued to work at the gas station for two months after Barron was arrested. Telez never filed for workman's compensation, and then one day he just disappeared." Telez is seeking unspecified damages.

Barron pled no contest to the DUI, and successfully completed all terms of his probation.
