Lindsay Lohan appeared to be upset while lounging poolside with pals at Miami Beach's Raleigh hotel Sunday.
The Mean Girls star, 24, stripped down from her black sweater and jean shorts into a two-piece striped bikini.
Once she was all set up, the actress alternated between chatting on her phone and taking drags of her cigarette.
