Actress turned reality TV star, Tori Spelling and her mother Candy are both selling their luxury homes, hoping to make a profit.
See video with interior shots of both homes on RadarOnline.
Tori, who is expecting her third child with hubby Dean McDermot, is selling their multi-million dollar, 6,700 square-foot Encino mansion and could turn a profit of nearly $600,000.
The couple is asking $3.1 million on the home they purchased in 2008 for only $2.5 million, which features five guest rooms, a lap pool, and interior completely designed by Tori herself.
But that’s peanuts compared to what mom Candy is asking for her 56,000 square-foot compound – a whopping $150 million!
Candy and her late husband, TV producer, Aaron Spelling, bought the property in 1980 and by 1990 they’d built the largest house in California, boasting 14 bedrooms and 27 bathrooms.
Which Spelling do you think will be selling first?
