Troubled Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans made her first appearance in a North Carolina court Tuesday morning for the charges stemming from the video taped fight she allegedly got into with another girl in March.
Jenelle's attorney Dustin Sullivan exclusively told RadarOnline.com that the Brunswick County district attorney did not offer his client a plea deal and they are "going into this as if we're going to trial."
The 19-year-old MTV reality star has had multiple run-ins with the law since late 2010 but Sullivan said she is back on track now. "She's doing really well. Mentally she's in a lot better spot than she was a few weeks ago."
The incident with Brittany Truett and Brittany Maggard was allegedly a fight over Jenelle's on-and-off-again boyfriend Kieffer Delp, but Sullivan told RadarOnline.com "she's not supposed to be hanging out with Kieffer."
