EXCLUSIVE: Man Accused Of Punching 'Real Housewives' Pal Reaches Plea Deal

Roger Talavera, who was accused of punching Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Lisa Vanderpump's pal, TV reporter Robert Kovacik, pleaded no contest in the case Monday morning, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
The alleged incident happened in December 2010 at the Beverly Hills Polo Lounge.
Telavera was accused of being drunk and harassing Lisa - when Kovacik intervened on behalf of Lisa, Telavara allgedly punched him in the face.
Telavera pled no contest to misdemeanor battery, will be on probation for 36 months and perform 120 hours of community service.
Telavera isn't allowed to have any contact with Lisa, Kovacik, and is ordered to stay away from the Polo Lounge.
Telavera also has to pay a whopping $19,299.38 in restitution to Kovacik's plastic surgeon, and hubby of fellow housewife, Adrienne Maloof, Dr. Paul Nassif.
Neither Vanderpump or Kovacik were in court.
