PHOTOS: Oksana Grigorieva Has Movie Night Out After Mel Gibson Court Appearance

Oksana Grigorieva is trying to get back to a life not consumed by courtrooms and legal wranglings, RadarOnline.com has learned.

On the day after Mel Gibson pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor battery charge, Oksana and a male friend relaxed at the movies.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Oksana is "satisfied" with the legal outcome, her legal team told us in a statement.  Mel was sentenced to three years probation, 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling, 16 hours of community service and a small fine.

The investigation into Gibson's claim that Oksana had tried to extort him for millions, has been closed with no charges filed.
