While “The Situation” may have America's most famous abs, it’s clear he's got a long way to go to catch up to Emilio's massive bodybuilder physique.

"You guys need to stop drinking, get back in the gym and get some real muscles," Emilio said, before hitting a double bicep pose that would make Hulk Hogan jealous.

As far as Snooki's whining about her love life, Emilio said he has no pity for his ex, who he feels terminated their relationship prematurely.

"Why did you leave me?" he said. "I didn't do anything wrong, I just tried out for The Real World."

As for Ronnie and Sammi, Emilio said he's seen enough.

"This is like a rerun, every episode -- they fight, they break up, they fight, they break up!"
