Ashton Kutcher Puts His 'Bachelor Pad' House Up For Sale

Actor Ashton Kutcher has listed his 3,235 square-foot home for sale online and RadarOnline.com has learned a chunk of the sale will be donated to the Demi and Ashton Foundation – a non-profit that raises awareness for child sex slavery and the rehabilitation of victims.
The home is listed for $2.6 million and boasts a “professional home theater and custom 2-story wine tower that accommodates a 210-bottle collection.”
According to the listing on Zillow.com, the home has four bedrooms, four and a half baths and is a “modern Craftsman celebrity home up a private, gated drive.
“The very private and exotic yard is highlighted by a three-tiered cascading waterway originating from an infinity-edge spa that spills into an infinity-edge pool and lastly, an infinity-edge waterfall. Gentle-rising stone stairs and paths lead through the lush greenery in back of this nearly 1-acre property.”
