Prince William and Kate Middleton are booking a stay-at-home honeymoon, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Acutely aware of how the economy has hurt their fellow Brits, the couple is most likely to honeymoon in the Isles of Scilly, just off the coastal town of Penzance, The Mail On Sunday and other UK newspapers are reporting.
William has fond memories of the Isles, famous for picturesque lighthouses and unspoiled beaches. He vacationed there when he was just seven with his brother Harry and parents, Charles and Diana.
A domestic honeymoon is not only in keeping with the couple's low-key lifestyle, sources say, it also makes security a far easier task. That of special concern after the recent attack on Prince Charles and his wife Camilla.
Kate and William are scheduled to wed April 29 at Westminster Abbey.
