EXCLUSIVE VIDEO INTERVIEW: Lindsay Lohan Will Meet Fired Betty Ford Staffer Dawn Holland, Says Dad Michael

Lindsay Lohan will come face-to-face with Dawn Holland, the staffer she clashed with while undergoing treatment at the Betty Ford Center, LiLo's dad Michael predicts in an exclusive new interview with RadarOnline.com.
"I think it would be a good idea to do it. I think it's good for them both to put it behind them and show that they're going through these steps. One of the major steps is making amends, and I think it's important. Whether they do it privately or publicly that's another story, but I think Lindsay and Dawn will have that meeting."
While the Mean Girls star, 24, was being treated at the Betty Ford Center in December, she and Holland had a major scuffle which led to police being called to the scene. Authorities have been investigating whether the actress committed battery, and so far, Holland (who was fired for selling Lindsay's private medical records to TMZ) has refused to cooperate with authorities.
Michael, who attended a Golden Globe viewing party at Universal Studios, was all smiles when talking about Lindsay and is certain she's on the road to a healthy recovery.
"She's doing fantastic," Michael says. "She's going to the gym everyday, she's been going to AA meetings and she's taking her time as far as getting back to work. I'm just really proud of her."
