In a new statement from her attorney, Lindsay Lohan kept mum about the allegations that she assaulted a Betty Ford Center worker but hinted at her innocence, pointing out that she was the one who requested for police assistance.
"At this time, we are declining to comment on the underlying facts surrounding this incident, as we await the completion of the police investigation,” the statement from Lohan’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley, of LA firm Kinsella Weitzman Iser Kump & Aldisert, said.
“It should be noted, however, that it was Ms. Lohan who called 911 to request police assistance at the time this incident occurred."
On Tuesday, RadarOnline.com revealed exclusively that Dawn Holland, the Betty Ford Center employee who claims Lohan assaulted her, was fired from her post for “breach of patient confidentiality” after she gave an interview to TMZ.
