Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Peter Espinoza ordered reality TV star Alexis Neiers to one year of residential drug treatment at SOBA during a hearing in L.A. Thursday morning, and threatened to throw her behind bars if she violates her probation again, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
Prior to the judge handing down the sentence, Neiers' lawyer told the court: "My client has an addiction to heroin. We would like you to sentence her accordingly."
In addition to ordering her to rehab, Judge Espinoza also re-instated her probation over objections from the District Attorney. However, in doing so, the judge warned her: "If you violate probation again, and come back to me for another violation, you are going to state prison for two years."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Neiers, 19, was recently arrested for violating her probation for allegedly possessing heroin. She had been on probation after pleading no contest to first degree residential burglary.
Neiers is best known for her appearances on the E! reality TV show Pretty Wild.
