Sheryl Crow Auctioning Her Home Online

Singer Sheryl Crow is selling her 10,264 square foot home in Tennessee via an online auction, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Dubbed “Cross Creek Farm,” the spacious estate spans more than 150 acres and features five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, a music studio, theater room and six-car garage.
“Cross Creek Farm is a fully functional ‘Solar Farm’ generating over 40% reduction in electric costs,” the website says.
“Magnificent countryside, modern 14 stall barn, large pond, and exquisite architecture distinguish this picturesque setting.”
The 48-year-old mother of two boys – Wyatt, 3, and Levi, 7 months – has resided at the home for more than six years.
The current bid price is $1 million and according to conditions set by Comas Montgomery Realty & Auction Co., the winner will pay cash and close no later than January 14, 2011.
Bidding on the If It Makes You Happy singer’s estate ends at 6 pm CST on November 23.
