PHOTOS: Russell Brand & Katy Perry Step Out As Husband & Wife

For the first time since their lavish wedding last month, Russell Brand and Katy Perry hit the red carpet. RadarOnline.com has all the best pictures of the newlyweds as they arrived Sunday at the 2010 MTV Europe Music Awards.
Perry and Brand married October 23 in India in what their rep described as "a private and spiritual ceremony," attended by just their closest family and friends.
They looked exceptionally happy on the MTV red carpet in Madrid, Spain.
Katy was scheduled to perform during the show, which she hosted the last two years. Eva Longoria has the hosting honors this time around.
