READ THE LAWSUIT
In documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Arden Silverman of Capital Asset Protection is suing the mother of two for $20,142.91 on behalf of Rogers & Cowan "for work, labor, services, and materials rendered at the special instance and request of defendant and for which defendant promised to pay Plaintiff."
Capital Asset Protection is a commercial collection agency in Calabasas, CA and was assigned the case by Rogers and Cowan in September.
The first court date on the case is set for April 2011.
Mueller is no stranger to publicity. In December 2009, both Mueller and Sheen made headlines when cops were called to a Colorado home occupied by the couple regarding a domestic dispute.
Sheen was arrested and later pled guilty to misdemeanor third degree assault.
Mueller, who has dealt with both stress and substance abuse issues over the past year, is set to star with Paris Hilton in a new reality TV show for Oxygen Media.
Calls to Mueller’s rep for comment about the lawsuit have not been returned.
