Charlie Sheen's soon-to-be ex-wife doesn't waste any time.

And RadarOnline.com has now exclusively learned that this help comes with one major benefit -- access to the couple's twins.

"Any time Brooke looks for help, I am a happy person," said a friend close to the troubled 32-year-old, who after an attempt at reconciliation, signed a divorce settlement May 20th.
Divorce papers have not been filed yet, but the signed agreement works out all the details of the marriage dissolution.
"Brooke has to start thinking of herself first -- and this is a very good sign,” said the source.
"She will be living with Max and Bob the whole time, which should make the process easier for her."

The mother of two previously received treatment an undisclosed private treatment home in the Los Angeles area.
It followed a failed stint at The Canyon rehab facility in Malibu, CA. She has been an alcoholic and addicted to crack for years.
Mueller now has a publicist who told Extra that what she’s doing is not going through rehab but getting help for “stress management.” In the evolving and sordid story of Brooke’s messy marriage to Charlie, her side is not saying where she’s receiving her help for “stress management” but her friend told RadarOnline.com that everyone around her is glad she recognizes the need for help, without being more specific.
This latest drama follows a whirlwind of events which began on Christmas Day, when Mueller and Sheen, 44, got into a fight in Aspen, Colorado.
Sheen was arrested and charged with domestic violence. He is expected to serve jail time later this year.

Mueller was then hospitalized for what was described as a severe wisdom tooth infection that led to pneumonia.
After that, she checked into a North Carolina "wellness program" -- for "rest" rather than addiction rehab, according to her lawyer Yale Galatner.
RadarOnline.com has learned that Brooke desperately wants to be with her twin sons even as she goes through rehab.
She made that a priority as she seeks help, we’ve learned.
“Brooke was in bad shape, but after renting a beautiful home on the beach and being with the babies, she is OK now," added another source.
"She will be O.K. when this whole thing has blown over."
