Two And A Half Men star Charlie Sheen has yet to make his first public appearance since spending ten hours in jail on Christmas day for allegedly threatening his wife Brooke Mueller -- but she's stepping out.
Mueller, a 32-year-old real estate investor, was surprisingly all smiles as she was snapped leaving a chauffeur-driven SUV in Aspen, Colorado on Sunday.
Sheen is back in Los Angeles, but has been keeping a low profile since his arrest. A restraining order prohibits him from contacting his wife.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Sheen was arrested last Friday on suspicion of second degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief in connection with a domestic violence incident involving Mueller.
Both Sheen and Mueller were reportedly drinking heavily before the incident.
Sheen remains free after posting $8,500 bail, but he has been ordered to appear in court in February, 2010.
At this time, the actor has not been charged with any wrongdoing. The District Attorney will review the case to decide what, if any charges will in fact be filed.
Sheen and Mueller wed in May, 2008. It is Sheen's third marriage. The couple has twin sons, Max & Bob, who were born this past March.
