Taylor Lautner and McMahon RV have settled their legal differences and the big winner is a charity that helps entertain kids with long-term and life-threatening illnesses, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The Twilight star had sued McMahon's after it failed to deliver a used RV he'd purchased for a film shoot.
His attorney Robert Barta told Us magazine: "McMahon RV's has agreed to settle its dispute with Taylor Lautner. McMahon's RV will pay $40,000 to Lautner, which Lautner will donate to the Lollipop Theater Network, a children's charity with which he has a long-standing relationship."
The Lollipop Theater Network takes current movies to children's hospitals in Southern California, and is now spreading nationwide. Stars of the films have often been known to show up for these very special screenings.
Lautner and the rest of the Twilight gang will start shooting the two-part Breaking Dawn this fall.
