Just because these television thespians won an Emmy Award, it doesn't mean they made it by the dreaded fashion police unscathed. With the annual award show just around the corner, RadarOnline.com is taking you to the winners (and sinners!) circle of the Emmy Awards over the years.

She may have been the favorite Friend in 2002, but Jennifer Aniston's ill-fitting vintage Dior gown definitely didn't make the fashion hall of fame. Neither did Sarah Jessica Parker, who scooped her Sexy award in 2004, feathered (but not flying high) in Chanel Couture.

There was nothing Ugly about Betty in 2007!  America Ferrera brought out the bombshell with her bright blue Monique Lhuillier strapless gown, scoring top nods for her comedic performance.

Kristin Chenoweth dared to go short and sexy to the show in 2009, accepting her Pushing Daisies Best Supporting Comedy Actress Award in an impeccably embellished Zuhair Murad mini.
