When was the last time thousands of fans were shrieking enthusiastically for a writer? At the world premiere of Twilight, that's when. Stephenie Meyer, who wrote the Twilight book series, elicited yelps of joy as she signed autographs and took photos on her way into the Los Angeles theater.
Fueling the excitement was the film's undead star Robert Pattinson and his on screen love interest Kristen Stewart, as well as Jamie Foxx and the band Paramore, who contributed a song to the film's soundtrack.
