The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Phaedra Parks again confirmed RadarOnline.com's exclusive, telling Bravo Thursday she's "still married" to jailbird Apollo Nida.

Parks, who admitted she hadn't yet filed for divorce at the show's reunion special, told her home network that nothing has changed since the end-of-season special was filmed in March -- when RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that she hadn't filed any paperwork for a divorce. (As we previously reported, sources say the decision is linked to Parks' strategy in an ongoing defamation lawsuit, as staying married to Nida would keep him off the witness stand.)

"My marital status has not changed," Parks said, despite past saying that she would divorce .

The Peach state attorney stressed that her sons Ayden and Dylan have been at the forefront of her priorities, since Nida began serving his 8-year sentence in his conviction for bank fraud and identity theft last fall.

"My kids are everything to me, and as I have said many times before, everything I do is with them in mind," Parks said, noting that issues connected to Nida have made for "a difficult time for" the entire family, and that "there's been a lot of pain that people have not seen.

"As a parent, seeing your kids go through something like this is heartbreaking and just thinking about it can make me emotional," the beauty said. "My kids are so beautiful, inside and out, and they don't deserve this -- it makes me sad."

Compounding the issue for Parks has been the intense scrutiny she's experienced, as a reality star in the public eye.

"It is overwhelming to be publicly judged and second guessed for the choices I make for my children," she said, "by people who have not displayed any genuine concern for me or the well-being of my children."

She stressed that she and her sons "are survivors," and she will continue to do everything in her means "to ensure their well-being."

The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays on Bravo at 8/7c.
