Three months after Phaedra Parks announced she was divorcing Apollo Nida, she still hasn’t officially filed. But The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has known for much longer that her marriage was dissolving. In a new preview clip for RHOA filmed last year, she admits she wants a divorce — and explains why.
"I married Apollo because I thought he was a changed man," Parks says in a preview video of the convicted felon.
But even after years of marriage, his behavior surprised her. Claiming he threatened her at their home, she said, "My husband’s trying to attack me. I was losing my sanity."
The result of their feuding? She said, "I would like a divorce."
