Former Fox News boss Roger Ailes is coming out swinging against Megyn Kelly's new sexual harassment claims.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Kelly devoted an entire chapter in her book, Settle For More, to allegations that Ailes sexually harassed her.

But the distinguished Los Angeles attorney representing Ailes, Susan Estrich, said in a statement, "Mr. Ailes denies her allegations of sexual harassment or misconduct of any kind."

She noted that "only one year ago on the Charlie Rose program, Megyn praised Ailes, saying, 'I really care about Roger. And he has been nothing but good to me. And he's been very loyal. And he's had my back. And he's looked out for me.'"

Kelly — who is in the final months of a $15-million-a-year contract with the network — still was working for Ailes at the time.

In addition, a Fox News spokesperson claimed today that Brit Hume said in a statement: "Megyn Kelly never made a sexual harassment complaint to me."

As exclusively revealed by RadarOnline.com, the Fox News star claims in a new book that her network's 76-year-old founder repeatedly tried to kiss her in his New York office and hinted she would be fired when she refused his advances. She claims that he also made inappropriate comments, saying he'd like to see her in lingerie.

Ailes resigned in July amid a cloud of scandal from Gretchen Carlson's sexual harassment lawsuit. That lawsuit was settled in September, reportedly for $20 million.
