Seidel was arrested after she "was observed exposing her breasts to a large crowd on the shore."

The reality star initially told authorities her name was Tessa.

"I observed a female later identified as Tessa standing in the bow of a boat," the reporting officer wrote. "I observed her lift her bathing suit top twice to the large crowd. Males in the crowd then threw beads."

She admitted to exposing her breasts when confronted by police. When the police department processed Seidel, she revealed that she provided a fake name to authorities.

"The original false information she gave was from an I.D. card she had found," the report read. "She did not know the person to whom she represented herself as."

The report also revealed the then-19-year-old was under the influence of alcohol, but was not given an alcohol test.

Seidel pled guilty to the charges in April 2003.

The flight attendant is married to Derek Schwartz on the FYI show.
