Lady Gaga must have been left speechless when she was forced to hand over millions to her ex-boyfriend! RadarOnline.com has obtained exclusive court documents revealing the details behind her secret settlement with her ex.
Rob Fusari sued his ex-girlfriend for $30.5 million in 2010 when she allegedly refused to pay him 20 percent of her royalties for songs he co-wrote.
The lawsuit was dropped when they settled out of court. Since the settlement, Fusari has received $12 million from the singer.

But Fusari is being forced to hand over some of his millions. Wendy Starland, the woman who discovered Gaga, brought Fusari to federal court demanding he pay her commission from the profits he received from the pop star.
"Fusari then promised Starland that, if she could find and introduce him to such a singer, they would work together to develop the singer and share 50-50 in any revenues earned as a result," the documents read. "Starland agreed to conduct a search to find such a singer."

In 2014, Starland was awarded $7.2 million and will receive Fursari's future profits.
But Gaga's ex went back to court months later when he filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. He claimed his assets in the 0-50k range, while listing his liabilities in the 1 million-10 million range.
Starland has yet to receive her $7.2 million, as Fusari hasn't determined his assets and property. She then filed a federal lawsuit against his company, Rob Fusari Productions, accusing him of diverting the $7.2 million to other companies he owns.
