Johnny Depp scored a massive legal victory against Amber Heard in their bitter divorce, settling the contentious split in court on Tuesday and the bombshell court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com expose the settlement details in their bitter battle.
Heard filed a restraining order against Depp, 53, on May 27, 2016, claiming that she had been assaulted by her husband. She appeared in court with a bruise on her right cheek and claimed that she had video proof of Depp's alleged assault.
He hit back against the claims through his attorney and the two battled to end their marriage after just 15 months.
According to the court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Heard, 30, agreed to dismiss her petition against The Pirates of the Caribbean star.
"Petitioners request for Domestic Violence Restraining Orders against Respondent shall forthwith be dismissed with prejudice," the documents filed in the Los Angeles County Superior court state. "With Prejudice" means that Heard cannot refiled the case.

"Temporary Restraining Orders against Respondent shall forthwith terminate and cease to be of any force and/or effect.
RadarOnline.com previously reported Heard received $7 million from Depp after his attorney repeatedly claimed that she was only after the actor's fortune.
The couple released a statement and addressed the money Heard was given.
"Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love," Depp and Heard said.
"Neither party has made false accusations for financial gain. There was never any intent of physical or emotional harm. Amber wishes the best for Johnny in the future. Amber will be donating financial proceeds from the divorce to a charity. There will be no further public statements about this matter."
