It has been more than two weeks since Ireland Baldwin checked into rehab, and after the 19-year-old model recently decided to extend her stay, a source tells RadarOnline.com, "Ireland is progressing incredibly well."

"Ireland has actually taken a serious liking to the place," the insider reveals.

As Radar previously reported, when Baldwin checked into the Soba Recovery Center in Malibu, Calif., a lush $20,000-a-month facility, she did not enter the program willingly but was pushed in by family and friends over growing concerns for her well-being.

But Baldwin has had a change of heart -- and hair color! The rehab insider tells Radar, "She likes how everyone is treating her like just another person and not a celebrity now. This is a drastic change from when she checked in just two weeks ago."

Speaking of drastic change, the former platinum blonde just dyed her hair black. What's next?

"The facility offers a variety of programs and Ireland is thinking about sober living and/or outpatient after she is done with her stay," the insider says.

"She knows that her issues are not going to be solved in just one month when they took a lifetime to build."

According to the source, "Ireland's mom, Kim, is in there like every day and she has also started really getting to know some of Ireland's rehab friends. She has been bringing care packages and shows her daughter nothing but love."

Although Baldwin claimed that she did not enter the treatment to deal with substance abuse issues, she has been alluding to the fact that there might be more to the story, as she has gone on her social media to say that coffee "is my new addiction."
